Safety & Quality

Built safely. Verified thoroughly.

Envelope work happens at height, in weather, alongside other trades. We treat safety and quality as inseparable — the same discipline that keeps our crews safe is what makes the finished envelope perform.

Our Commitment

Safety and quality, engineered in

A Culture of Safety

Working at height with glass and metal demands discipline. Safety is planned into every task, not added afterward, and every crew member is empowered to stop work that is not safe.

Planning & Training

Job hazard analysis, toolbox talks and ongoing training keep crews prepared for the specific risks of envelope work — lifts, rigging, fall protection and material handling.

Site Discipline

Organized staging, protected access and clear coordination with other trades keep the jobsite safe for our crews and everyone else on the project.

Quality Control

From shop drawings and mockups to field inspections and water testing, we verify the envelope performs — not just that it is installed.

Quality Control Process

Verified at every stage

  1. 01

    Preconstruction Review

Details, systems and interfaces are reviewed before fabrication to catch issues on paper, not in the field.

  2. 02

    Mockups & Testing

Where required, visual and performance mockups validate air, water and structural performance ahead of full installation.

  3. 03

    In-Progress Inspection

Installation is inspected against the approved details and manufacturer requirements as the work proceeds.

  4. 04

    Closeout & Verification

Final walks, punch resolution and documentation confirm the envelope is complete and performing before handover.

Specific safety programs, certifications and performance records are managed through the CMS and confirmed before publishing.
