The Challenge

A constrained urban site with limited laydown and staging area, combined with a compressed enclosure schedule that left little tolerance for rework.

Our Solution

A unitized approach allowed panels to be fabricated and quality-checked off site, then hoisted and installed floor by floor with a small, disciplined field crew, keeping the critical path moving.
